PREAMBLE
The associates of this corporation, having formed a corporation through unity of the brethren, to promote fellowship among the Apostolic Churches.
The Ministerial Alliance Association of the Apostolic Faith had its beginning on September 23, 2000 in Huachuca City, Arizona with the coming together of five associate churches. Since April 2001 it has been officially recognized as an Arizona Non-Profit Corporation within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this corporation shall be:
To promote and foster Apostolic unity;
To fellowship with Apostolic churches throughout the United States and other countries;
To establish and endorse church works existing through basic biblical teachings and practices;
To promote spiritual uplifting, not secular teachings, in seminars, workshops, group discussions and all services; and,
To walk humbly before God and the brethren, contending for the faith that was once given to the saints, that we all might speak and teach the same things, endeavoring to facilitate the spiritual growth and well being of the associates
